These terms apply when you browse or buy from Leash & Lane, a store operated by Leash and Lane (Cascais, Portugal). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
When you pay, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the 50 US states. Delivery dates are estimates. See our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is paid by you. Items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered are replaced or refunded at no cost if reported within 14 days of delivery. See our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your state.
Product information and use
We describe products as accurately as we can, but colors and sizes can vary slightly from photos. Check the size guide and your dog’s measurements before ordering. Always supervise your dog with new toys and gear, remove anything that is damaged, and ask your vet about any health concern. In the car, use a crash-tested harness, carrier or barrier.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
